We assist families in independently directing and managing waiver services, ensuring they can access the necessary resources to obtain and maintain optimal support in their homes and communities. Our goal is to empower families with the tools and guidance they need for sustained success and well-being.
Therapeutic Movement
Therapeutic Movement
Fonso's Place offers dance therapy, utilizing movement to help individuals address the challenges of mental illness and disabilities. This therapy enhances cognitive, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our licensed Movement Therapist creates customized movement plans tailored to address specific deficits and manage behavior problems, promoting overall health and wellness for each individual we serve.
Direct Support Professionals
Fonso's Place offers specialized Direct Support Professional (DSP) services designed to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through two key areas:
Respite Care: Our respite care services provide companionship and support to individuals, assisting them with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills. This service ensures that clients receive the necessary care and attention while giving families and caregivers with valuable support and peace of mind.
Adult Skills Coaching: Our Adult Skills Coaching program offers personalized coaching to help individuals achieve their selected goals. We provide baseline data collection and develop intervention plans tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill development and personal growth.
